Nice stay with great staff

I stayed here for 2 nights with friends. The room was comfy with a nice view, but def showed some wear. The staff were super friendly, especially Tim in the restaurant, who really made us feel welcome. The breakfast options were a letdown, just stale pastries and mini cereal boxes. Not great, but overall a decent experience.

The Omni Riverfront New Orleans had some fantastic elements. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles, creating a welcoming vibe. My room, a Deluxe Room 1 King Bed, featured comfortable furnishings and helped me relax. The location is superb, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. However, I faced a few issues during my stay. The noise levels were disruptive, especially from the hallways and elevators. Despite these inconveniences, the warm atmosphere and handy location kept me engaged throughout my visit.

I did find the lack of water bottles in the room a bit cheeky, especially after the first night. Hauling my luggage solo late at night wasn't ideal, but the charm of the city kept me smiling.

We really enjoyed the impeccable service in the lobby. There was a moment where I left some personal items behind, and the staff not only found them but had them waiting for me when I returned.

the omni has a very inviting lobby and bar area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. it's conveniently located near rebirth restaurant, which is a must-try. The staff was super accommodating. we appreciated the upgrade that added a nice touch to our stay!

Had a lovely five-night stay where I really enjoyed the cozy vibes of the restaurant and the comforting spa session. I also appreciated the pool and lounge area for some relaxation after a long day exploring. The only hiccup was a slight issue with the bathroom's age, but it didn’t really dampen my experience. 😊

Pam at the bar made my evenings unforgettable with her warm service, and the front desk staff were super helpful throughout my stay. I loved relaxing by the pool and soaking in the hot tub. Just a heads up, the room service menu was a bit outdated, but overall, it didn't ruin my experience! 😊
